Returns + Exchanges
At Luxe Rida, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your luxury goods, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email our concierge team at info@uae.luxerida.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions on where to send your package.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@uae.luxerida.com. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the replacement item remains in stock.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at info@uae.luxerida.com so we can resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
